2. European Union a Union based on rule of law

Target group of the intensive training course are graduate legal professionals, particularly: judges, judicial assistants, judicial trainees, prosecutors and deputy prosecutors, trainees in prosecutors` offices, attorneys, attorney trainees and employees in the Office of ombudsman in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, officials and employees at the state, provincial and local institutions.

1^st weekend:

Proceedings against Member States for breach of the EU values,  2 hours

2^nd weekend:

Principles of Rule of Law and Effective judicial control, 2 hours

General principles of EU law in the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the  European Union, 2 hours

3^rd  weekend:

Accession negotiations: Chapter 23 – Judiciary and fundamental rights, main problems and challenges, 3 hours

Accession negotiations: Chapter 24 – Justice, freedom and security, main problems and challenges, 3 hours

5. Human Rights Protection in the European Union

Target group for the following course are graduate and undergraduate students of Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary and other faculties within University.

6. Human rights and climate change within the EU legal framework
